Delivery options and provinces
Set up how you deliver under Delivery. You can offer more than one option,
for example Standard and Express, each with its own name and fee.
Free delivery
Each delivery option can have its own "free over" amount, so you could make
Standard free over R500 while Express stays a flat fee no matter what's in the
cart. The cart and checkout tell the customer exactly how much more they need
to spend to qualify, only for the options that actually offer it.
Address details
Checkout collects a full, structured delivery address: street, suburb, city,
province and postal code, not one free-text box. You can restrict a delivery
option to certain provinces if, for example, Express only covers Gauteng.
What the customer sees
The chosen delivery option and its fee are shown throughout: on the cart, at
checkout, on the order confirmation, and printed on the packing slip so
whoever's packing knows exactly what's expected.
Tracking
Once you add a tracking number and courier link to an order, the customer can
see it on their fulfilment email and on their public order-tracking page.
