Terms of sale

These terms cover anything you buy from Koppie Coffee Roasters through this shop. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM Koppie Coffee Roasters PRICES Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where it applies. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is priced or listed wrongly, or is out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or refund you in full. We will never simply charge you more than the price you saw. PAYING Payment is by card at checkout, handled by Yoco. We never see or store your card details. DELIVERY Delivery is charged at checkout and shown before you pay. We will tell you when to expect your order, and we will tell you if something is going to be late. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG Tell us. WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR We are responsible for getting you what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under South African consumer law. CHANGES If we change these terms, the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
