Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with what you bought from Koppie Coffee Roasters. IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED Contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you, including the delivery cost. You do not pay to send back something that was wrong on our side. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND Where the law gives you a cooling-off right on a distance sale, you can cancel within 7 days of delivery and send the item back unused and in its original packaging. We refund what you paid for the item within 30 days of getting it back. You cover the cost of returning it. WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE BACK Items made or mixed to your specification, anything unsealed that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, and anything past its use-by date. This does not affect your rights if the item was faulty. HOW TO START A RETURN Koppie Coffee Roasters Quote your order number. We will tell you where to send it and what happens next. REFUNDS Refunds go back the way you paid. Card refunds usually take a few working days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
