This explains what Koppie Coffee Roasters does with your information when you order from this shop. WHAT WE COLLECT Your name, contact details and delivery address, what you ordered, and what you paid. If you pay by card, the card details go straight to our payment provider (Yoco), and we never see or store them. WHY WE HAVE IT To take your order, deliver it, invoice you, and answer you when you get in touch. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. WHO ELSE SEES IT Only the people who need to: our payment provider for the payment itself, our delivery arrangements for getting the parcel to you, and the platform that runs this shop for us (Storeforge, which stores the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else). We do not sell your information to anyone. MARKETING We only send you marketing if you asked for it, and every message has a way to stop it. YOUR RIGHTS Under POPIA you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
