Every piece is made to order, so please check the size guide on the product before you buy. Damaged, defective or misprinted items Email us within 30 days of receiving your order, with photos. If the error is ours, we cover it. Lost in transit Claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Change of mind Because every piece is made to order, we don't refund orders for a change of mind.
